Meal prepping is a great way to save time and money. Not only that, but it also allows you to have healthy meals ready whenever you need something to eat. With just a little time and planning, you can have a whole weeks worth of meals made. This means you no longer have to go out for lunch, pack a PB&J everyday, or have no idea what to make for dinner.
It’s time to say goodbye to fast food and hello to healthy, hearty meals. All thanks to these awesome meal prep recipes for the week.
Healthy Chicken Meal Prep Recipes for the Week
A few of my friends meal prep and make the same. thing. every. week. Chicken with zero seasoning, white rice with no added flavor, and some broccoli. Talk about boring and something I never want to ever see again in my life.
Now I’m going to let you in on a few secrets. Most importantly, meal prepping doesn’t have to be boring and bland. You can season your food and still have a healthy meal! Even if you’re trying to lose weight or gain muscle, seasoning and a variety of vegetables will not hurt you. They will only make your love for meal prepping and eating healthier grow.
Secondly, cooking doesn’t have to be difficult and time consuming. All of these meals are under an hour, with most of them closer to 30 minutes. That means you can spend a few hours tops on a Sunday afternoon making enough meals to last you (and your family) the whole week.
